Bergens Durbanville-pathetic service, pathetic management and job still not done

<p>Good day</p> <p><br />Just to inform you i will now be taking drastic steps with regards to the pathetic servive that I have received thus far. </p> <p><br />On the 29-04-16 i made use of your services to fix my washing mashine and my oven. I made it very clear that the ovens rubber, timer and thermostat needs to be replaced. Dillon your useless manager assured me this will be done, which did not take place. </p> <p><br />When the oven was returned to my house, only the rubber was replaced and he said they forgot about the other 2 parts and shat he had ordered from Defy and that he will phone me between 5 and 7 working days. ( obviously did not happen).</p> <p><br />I went in to your branch and asked Dillon why I was not called and he said he has not had any feedback from them, and do i think i am the only customer.. If you call this guy your manager you need to have a serious look at your business and your brand, because he damaged it. Over and above that I asked him for the owners number and email, which he gave me the incorrect information. </p> <p><br />It is now 1 month and 1 day later and my oven in still not fixed. </p> <p><br />If i do not have this resolved by the end of tomorrow, and received a phonecall I will publish this email on Facebook, Twitter, Hello Peter and Tygerburger. </p> <p> </p> <p>This email was sent to Bergens owner in Durbanville , as well as their head office being copied in. Absolute pathetic. No response received and when I went back to speak to the maanger he could not care less.</p> <p> </p> <p>Do not go near this place. Rather pay more and get your appliances fixed with service providers that actually care and can get the job done.</p> <p> </p>
