Bergens cant be trusted to fix your appliance

Bergens Nelspruit took our Dish washer on 22 October 2019 for repairs. They returned it 3 times with the same problem over a 70 day period. So after 70days our machine have the very same problem and it cost us R1700. After the 3rd time the owner told us that they cant fix the problem but are not willing to refund us the R1700 that we already paid for repairs that did not fix the problem. She then suggested that she can refund the parts if we bring it back but was not sure if they still had our old parts to fit into the machine again. 70 days----Pathetic service.
