Bergens Boksburg

Took my Fridge/freezer in for repair. ( did not want to bother my insurance ). After weeks of trying to fix it, loading/unloading. Then its the motor, then its a leak , then they glue it , then they braze it, non stop excuses. Even at home a couple of times, they deemed it un-repaireable and i contacted my insurance. The insurance paid it out. I mailed Bergens Boksburg to ask what about the R3600 i have spend and the R1500 access to the insurance? If they will be willing to pay the access at least. I send the mail on the 22nd of June 2021. No reply. I dealt with Simoney. The owner Adriaan just told me that the branch must sort it out themselves. Adriaan 082***9023
