Bergens Applicance

Bergens collected my dishwasher on Monday 26/06/23 for repairs - not one phone call not one follow up to let me know what is happening by Friday 30/06/23 - I just get told they are too busy and short staffed due to a passiging which she could not forsee! This was not told to me - no phone call to tell me what is happnening - service lacks in a big way! Said they are too busy to return my applicance - why are you taking on more jobs when you cant even handle the ones you are given! What a waste of an entire week for me! I will never make use of their services again - now they cant even find my dishwasher because there are so many Sharons!!!! For gooness sake - how many of them live at the same address?
