Bergen's Appliance Repairs & Spares Parkhurst

On 14 July I asked BERGENS PARKHURST to sort out the door of my Miele dishwasher. A team who seemed clueless arrived -seemed to be the collection and delivery people. To be fair they manager to fix the door latch but at the same time dislodged the cutlery tray at the top of the washer and could not put it back into place.After may fruitless attempts they said they would have to replace the clips holding the tray which they would get Miele and would return the next day. Needless to say I haven't seen them again. I managed to speak to the owner of BERGENS PARKHURST, once after that - he said they were still trying to get the spares. I made a total of 5 calls to BERGEND PARKHURST. On 29 AUGUST I was told a quote was emailed to me and it was for over R6000, 00 for a new plastic tray and rollers - BERGENS PARKHURST broke the tray in the first place!! A new DISHWASHER costs less than that. I have since repaired the machine myself and everything is working well. Caveat emptor!
