Bergen's Appliance Repairs & Spares cheats its customer and demands extra payment to rectify its fault

I contacted Bergen's Appliance Repairs and Spares to fix my washing machine door boot that was broken. To replace my door boot, Bergen's Appliance Repairs and Spares quoted me R1050.00. I accepted the quotation. Upon the arrival of the machine, I assessed the machine and realised that Bergen's Appliance Repairs and Spares had replaced my door boot with a used door boot. This was not mentioned in the quotation that I recieved. When I enquired about this I was told that I was qouted on the pre-used door boot. I requested Bergen's Appliance Repairs and Spares to fetch the machine and to correct this and their response was that I would need to pay them an extra R800+ to put in a new door boot. The manager, Leon Marius, is not willing to sort out this issue, he said if I wanted to open the case to report them I should go ahead and do so. I am so disappointed with their poor service and feel very cheated.
