If there was half a star I would actually give it to them. I spoke to a woman by the name of AMANDA, not even worth being called a lady. How can someone be so rude. You are a service provider yet you haven't got an idea what customer service is. After seeing the reviews of this company I wonder if they will survive being in the business. Its so unfortunately but I rather go elsewhere, even buy a new appliances but deal with this company. WOW
