BERGENS APPLIANCE DESPAIR

At the beginning of November I called Bergen's Appliance Repairs & Spares Randpark Ridge to repair an oven for my tennants, after checking it out they said it needed a new thermostat, and controller knob, removed oven and took to their shop to effect repairs, had to pay for call out and service, returned 22 Nov, and it was worse only getting Luke warm, removed it again to their workshop then they said it needed another switch, returned 15 December, not working at all, 17 December we messaged and asked for resolution to problem suggesting they remove replaced parts and refund us we would forfeit the call out, as it appeared irreparable, no reply, I called the owner and she said she would reply to message but was waiting for some other unattainable switch, 25 December I called again, her reply was whatsapp 'I'll call you right back.' Still waiting for the call, so far my Tennants and I have waited 3 months, that is uselessly poor service, they obviously have no experience and don't know how to repair appliances. And of course I had to pay before they would return the oven, I must simply assume the job is complete working perfectly Don't pretend you can do the job, if it's irrepairable , save me the time and money and your reputation Never use Bergens Randpark Ridge they cannot effect appliance repair, but are happy to rob you of your money while claiming it's all fixed.
