BAD Service on Rejecting Qoutes

A while back my Fridge started giving me problems it kept getting HOT instead of Cold so I called Bergen's to come and see what the problem might be. They told me they will be there just before 5 in the evening to come and pick it up they arrived 45 min after 5 for pick up. The pick up guy told me they will phone me with the price to fix it. They never phoned me back so i called them every 30 min the next day to hear how much is it going to cost their phone was either busy and when I eventually got threw to them they said to me they are still busy with the evaluation on it and they will call me back the moment they are done what also never happened. So just as I was about to head home after work around 4 I called again and they told me how much it will cost to fix. I decided it was to much for me they immediately arranged transport to bring it back to me but when I received it eventually it was worst in the state that I sent it to they removed the inside light from its fitting and didn't even bother to put it back they just left it hanging there inside and it came back with more dents than it went.<br> <br> I'm sorry but what happened to customer satisfaction guaranteed.
