Bad service

So this is a follow up on the review I wrote earlier this year. So my oven spent months in thier workshop without being fixed after it went back again with a burned selector switch. On Friday they came to install the oven after i burged into thier workshop to find my oven sitting there with the new part on top of it, nobody giving a damn about it. After they left i tried using the oven to find the bottom element isnt working. I contacted them again. I was told they will no longer waiste thier time and money on my stove..... Shame on you Bergens appliance repairs vanderbijlpark branch.
