Bad service Bergens

<p>Dishwasher not working paid R1350, got the dishwasher back. Nothing had been fixed. Complained took the dishwasher back 3 weeks later they still could not find the fault. Returned the dishwasher saying they would reimburse me for some of the money back R850. As of today still waiting on the money. Just can't believe that a company can get away with this kind of thing. We as the man on the street have no way of forcing them to repay unless we take them to small claims court. How is this fair practice? Disappointed and out of pocket. </p>
