Bad Service accompanied by worst attitude ever

I took back my vacuum cleaner to be rechecked after l discovered that the suction pipe was not sucking dirt, to my surprise Markus the owner became rude and told us we didn't know how to empty and clean the vacuum implying that it was our fault for the cleaner to malfunction. It was frustrating that after we had paid for his services to repair the vacuum cleaner in the first place we were getting such a response instead of checking and fixing our vacuum cleaner, Markus became agitated and told my son to get out of his shop and when we ventilated our frustration he started being abusive and took my car number plates in a threatening way. He was plain rude, didn't want to listen to our side of the story and kept on telling my wife and son they don't clean the vacuum cleaner, trying to make him understand the simple request he kept being interrupting and didn't want to help in anyway.
