Bad service

I have been using Bergens Helderkruin in Roodepoort over the years and have been very happy with their service and turnaround time to repair washing machines, tumble dryers. My last experience has been very disappointing. We have a Whirlpool Top loader washing machine that was repaired by them on the 27th of May. A few washes further it did the same thing as previously and Bergens (Lune) recalled the machine on the 11th of June with no cost to me. After numerous phone calls, messages and one visit they told me that they cannot find a brake and drive tube for the machine and the ones that they fitted did not work. When I asked the technician he told me that they are not fitting a new part but used parts that they source from their other branches. It is the 3rd of July today and 3 weeks since they fetched the washing machine and still no machine. I am very disappointed and will definitely not use them in future again. :-(
