bad attitude and sloppy service

I had a fridge/freezer go in for repairs ,they collected and it took them a week to tell me the unit was sent to Edenvale branch for repairs . said it was the defrost component that needed replacement (R1800) told them to repair ,fridge was delivered with the handles badly scratched . now the fridge is doing the same thing again ,when phoned was told they only give a 3 month warranty ,after total cost was R2400 . the worst service and attitude .
