BAD ATTITUDE AND REPAIRS

3 appliances broke and we've requested for quote to be done on them. Washing machine, dishwasher and stove. Bergens Appliance advised that they do quotes and repairs within 48 hours ????? Nonsense. I've requested quotes for repairs after the technicians came to have a look. It took them over a week to give me quotes for repairs. After receiving phone calls regarding other appliances that is not even ours ???? The washing machine was fixed, the dishwasher did not work when we've received it back. To my shock the filter was so dirty and not cleaned the arm that was not working did not even move. I had to get the technician out who worked on the machine to show him that it is not working. With such a bad attitude he realised that the machine was still broken and had to arrange for it to be taken back to get fixed. I've taken it up with the \owner"who advised that they will address this issue regarding the poor service and also do their utmost to fix my stove"
