Appalling service

Our washing Machine (Bosch) was collected by the Bergen's team as a complete unit with all the parts in place. After approximately 2 months of struggling to get the unit repaired and delivered, it was eventually delivered to us (20 July 2015), but with a missing kick plate and back cover to the drive of the unit. We have subsequently contacted the supplier numerous times as was promised that someone would be sent to replace the missing parts on the unit. To date (08 January 2016) this is yet to happen. We are continuously sent invoices for payment on a job that was not completed!!!!
