Absolutely pathetic service

Absolutely pathetic service. Took my fridge away for repairs, and cut the water line instead of disconnecting it. Then returned the fridge without connecting the water line again. Had to beg for them to come and repair it. Then when they did they didn't check for leaks, so the water leaked all of the cupboards and created damage. Owner of the store just doesn't get back to me. Been going backwards and forwards with them for over 3 weeks now. On top of all of this the fridge now makes are horrible sound and is so loud. To the point where I can hear it on the other side of the house. The manager told me that is the way it is and I must just live with it. Didn't even bother to come and check if its right or not. Got hold of the franchisor and he hasn't been much help either. Told I will get a call back but yet nothing. Last time I will be using this company. Absolutely no customer service.
