Absolute *******

I sent a washing machine in to be assessed by Bergen's Randburg, and they literally quoted me the price of a brand new washing machine to fix the problem (R5900), and said the repair would take a month as they had to order, and ship, the parts in.

I approached a competitor company, with the same "alleged problem" that Bergens stated it was, and the competitor's quote was far more reasonable (R2600 inc labour), plus they had the part on hand with a warranty.

Thank goodness I didn't opt for Bergens to send a technician out to assess my washing machine on site, or I would have been stuck with paying a call out fee for nothing.

I do not recommend Bergen's at all!!
