Solar system incomplete at huge expense.

In 2018 I purchased and paid in full for a 10kw solar system. Within a couple of months the batteries were faulty. Johan v d Westhuizen came and collected 8 of the 16 batteries had them tested which proved them to be faulty, was then meant to come and collect the other 8 and replace them too. Months passed and I ended up spending over R50 000 in fuel to run my generator non stop from dusk till late at night during winter. He then took my one 5kva inverter as he said I didn't need it and swopped it for 6 x 400 kw solar panels of which I have never seen, neither will he give me the contact details of whomever he swopped them with. He also undertook to replace my batteries with lithium batteries to the value of the faulty ones. I received 2 pylon tech 2.4kw batteries yet promise after promise of bringing my other batteries and solar panels has gone by without me seeing or hearing a thing further. He is well aware I'm unemployed yet has no problem avoiding me. I'm unable to trace his business now and all phone calls and communications go unanswered.
