Berg Flying spoilt my 40th birthday celebrations

Hi, after emailing through the website and not hearing back. I phoned several times. Finally getting hold of someone to book my 40th birthday celebration helicopter flight. The whole reason coming to central Drakensberg in the first place. I mentioned we were sleeping at Injasuti with limited signal. After been given a time to meet for our flight, and was even suggested a drive time of 2 hours to get to our meeting point to fly. When leaving for our helicopter flight from Injasuti, I phoned to confirm. I was then told to come at 11am, much later than our original given time to meet. Thus, asked for suggestions for breakfast to kill time. Arriving at the helipad for our now 11am flight, no one was there. A gentleman approached us then to chat and said no, Berg Flying wasn't coming but decided to accept a last minute appointment/arrangement. Phoning Berg Flying was just further heart ache knowing I could not now do my 40th birthday flight. They kept saying to stay until the afternoon for a flight, which was totally not possible as we had arranged all this previously so we could drive back to Pretoria. The entire experience was disappointing, unorganised and inconsiderate.
