Rude and unprofessional

Mrs van Zyl is the rudest woman I have ever met in my life. I requested to collect my cat early. This was outside of their normal working hours so I would have understood if this request was denied but the utter rudeness and unprofessionalism with which I was treated cannot be excused. They run a cash only business, and I was treated like a ******** for rather transferring the funds, Mrs van Zyl implying that I am the type of person that will reverse the payment. There was hidden costs charged and my cat came back thin and with a big scratch on her nose. I was not informed that my cat wasn't eating, and was rudely informed before her stay that we are not allowed to enquire about her. Do not use this kennel!!
