Unable to get a replacement certificate for 3 months

It's been 3 months trying to get a replacement certificate unfortunately I didn't take any names until today

I called the institution to enquire about the requirements for a replacement certificate,I was told that I need an affidavit,copy of my ID and R500 however someone from exams will contact me, I called them again after no one got back to me I was advised that it's exam time it's quite busy but they will call me,This was in June,up until today I'm still waiting for their call

On the 15th of August I sent a complaint via Facebook and no one has gotten back to me, 16th of August I drove all the way to their campus in Durban from Newcastle.

I got there and was advised that they won't be able to assist me with a replacement certificate I have to go to MICT Seta,from there I was referred back to the campus.

Today I called them again spoke to Princess Mkhize who couldn't even take her time to listen to my complaint,she just said I should send her an email, which I'm hoping she will respond to.

I need my certificate and I don't understand why it should be such a problem to get it. I'm even considering taking legal actions against this institution because they are useless and ***********!!
