*******ion in Berea Technical college

I have a problem with Brea Technical college in Durban they don't want to refund my money from last year January 2023,My daughter wanted to rewrite her matric they said they will help her to rewrite her matric 3 subjects that she failed.

They said she must take another course together with matric cos she can't do matric only I paid R2490 as the first installment all of a sudden there was no matric classes they were misleading me just to gain a student I said to them No I came for Matric here not for another course and they told me to take a course to be able to get matric I ask them to bring back my money so that I can take my child to a school where she will get Matric they promise to refund me ,I fill in forms for refund till today they did not pay back my money I visited their campus many times till I saw that I have paid close to a 1000 petrol begging them to pay back my money till today pls help,One of the ladies in finance dept told me that In most cases people with this query they end up not getting their monies back and it is the way they attract students some of them they end up doing courses that they did not came for cos they promise to offer the course whereas they don't even have that cause my cell number is *** ,my name is Gladness Khumalo
