*********** and inconsistent finance staff!

My brother is enrolled at Berea Technical College and i am responsible for his fees. It seems, this year i cant pay over his fees because they keep on increasing and no one is able to explain the changes to me. 2 months ago, after paying, he came back with a statement that said he owed R7000+. The following month i paid and expected that R3600+ will be remaining but instead, i receive a statement saying R8900+. He says he asked them how this is possible and they said there was a mistake in the previous statement. Okay, i called them to ask how much is remaining, the lady on the call said R3610. I asked the lady to email me the statement, still now, i did not receive it. Anyways, with excitement this month trusting the word from the call two weeks ago, i give him R3650 to pay, and the statement comes back saying now we owe R4900. I then call them today to check balance, they confirm R4900. I ask them why the statement is not reflecting some of the money i paid extra last year (which was meant to be carried over) and the lady had no reponse for me. I ask them. why did fees increase because they promised if we paid 2021 deposit early, he was going to continue with last year's fees and again there was no response, the lady said he will check. I again asked for the statement of payment for both 2020 and 2021 and she promised to send it but until now, dololo.

@Berea Technical college, can i please have the overall statement? Can i please be told how much i owe (if i still owe you) so that i pay and move my brother to another college next year. I cant continue like this. Last year i overpaid because someone also made a flop on your side saying we are owing and later reflected that we didnt actually owe you anymore.
