Complaint about the ladies at the finance department of Berea College Of Technology City Campus. .

I’m currently a Student of Berea College Of Technology City Campus, 160 Monty Naicker Road which is a sister campus of Berea Technical College, which is based in Durban near the the Workshop Shopping Center. This college has good teachers and they try to offer the best by all times but the reason why I rated them 2 stars, it is because the other parts of the staff especially the finance department. The ladies at the finance department have not been very good with the students or me should I say. They have not been helpful and their communication with students has not been a very favorable one, the way they talk or respond to students is very unpleasant. For example myself. I did not receive my first semester results, they said that I was too late to I could not be able to received them anymore and that was a month or two after the first semester. I was late to fetch the results because I was still owing but my parent came to the school and sorted out the payments issued but it was still the same. The reason why I still wanted my first semester results it is because I had a bursary that I was applying for, which wanted me to provide my results for my first semester but I lost it because they refused to give me my results. It’s sad that I lost the bursary because I was in a very good opportunity of getting it as I always work to ace all my modules and I do, all the time. So this has been a very saddening experience for me, I do not even like to go to the 4th floor anymore, which is the finance department. I have to go there for my exam/tests permit only but when it comes to the results I do not fetch them anymore because I know that for sure I will not get a good treatment, I do not even like to go to school anymore. 💔 I am not motivated for working towards getting “A’s” anymore because it is very useless if I will work hard and never be allowed to collect my results for my hard work.
