Berea Technical College

Mmm.

I don't even know know where to begin, I saw an add online for Berea Technical college which offered Distance Learning for R650 per Month for 4 years with no deposit. So I thought I should give it a try. I went to visit their Campus in Smith street on the 7th of May , off which when I got there I was informed that their distance learning department is not in as yet. I was informed that they would be available in the next hours of which I understood and I left and I told the lady I spoke to that I will return in an hours time. when I returned there was still no person whom can assist me. I was told to return 2 hours later of which I did but still there were not available.

Out of frustration I decided to call the number of the person of whom I was constantly communicating with and they informed me that I if wanted to register I should come to their campus by the Travel junction office close to the workshop, of which I did. I spoke to the guys at the bottom manqué who directed me to a security office whom took me to the 4th floor to speak to one of the marketing agents. I spoke to colored lady and I told here why I was there and listen to me for a while and then she ask to call the lady whom I have been chatting too on WhatsApp.

The lady came and she told me about the requirement and and what documents I needed to provide. She then text me a registration form of which wasn't final which depended on my pre-screening process as she put it. She also ask me to text her back my ID and Matric Certificate of which I did.

Upon try to follow up with the registration i was informed that they had no record and the lady i spoke too has no recollection of whom i was and what course I registered for. Funny enough the course begins in a few day plus she has the nerve to ask me if I had paid for the registration... I informed the person I'm communicating with now on WhatsApp that I was waiting for their feedback. So if i had never taken the initiative to ask them, I would have lost a year of studying.

i actually declined my other applications for studying this year dues the fact that this course made a lot of sense to me. but some how i am starting to doubt that, if i am having this much trouble trying to register what the hell is going to happen when I am a student. Your service is perthitic, you no value of customer service whatsoever. I will never recommend anybody to register with you. guys.
