Bad customer service from Bertus of Bercon construction and civils

I have never for the life of me experienced such low level of service delivery from Bertus Beyers. He has made empty weekly promises to finish of my lapa after he received all the money for the project. Every week he tells you a different story about how his truck is broken and promises to come tomorrow. He refuses to refund the money as he clearly is a failure in committing to complete the job he has been paid to do in Kgabalatsane 3 months later. 0% customer level, so disappointing....good luck to whoever plans to do business with him. I am taking the matter legally now
