Shocking Services at Beras Motor Spares in Alberton

Worst Service ever had in my life. I went to Alberton Beras motor spares on 26 March to buy Jeep Compass services kit and i ask the sales man about top gustget and I told I'm that my cat was boiling and I thought it was top gustget and total cost for all items R4028.00, so sales man suggested that I buy top gustget as car was boiling not liking oil. He did ask if the car was diagnosed and I did advised him it was not. He continued with the transaction and I paid for the all items and the next day which is the 27th March 2022, I took the far in for services and I told that my far was not circulating water, so issue was not top gustget,it was themostert. On the 29 March 2022 I did ask my brother to take back top gustget and buy themostert as top gustget was not used and not even tempered, however my brother was told that he cannot return the top gustget as it not returnable, that was shocking coz this top gustget cost me R975.00 so I am wondering what must I do with if store doesn't want to take it back. This one of Spares I used to buy parts for all of my cars and I even recommended Motos Beras to most of friends,colleagues and family but now i am so disappointed 😞 of not accepting their part I bought from them that is still sealed. I still have their slips with me.

Each and every time when I try to call I don't get any response. Just need someone to help 😪 coz R975 it is alot of money just to let it go just like that. What happened to consumers rights.
