Sh*t Customer Service

<p>I bought a clutch kit that came with a 12 Months Warrenty, installed the clutch kit wich worked only for a few hours then started giving problems the next day when clutch kit was removed we then realised the clutch kit had cracked when i go back with my warrenty i'am told that they will have to send the clutch back to the manufacturer to test and see whats the issue which i then have to wait a week for results so basically the warrenty they give to customers is ****, and when i call in within a week no one answers my calls.</p> <p> </p> <p>And the reason a person would go buy car parts is to avoid not having their own transport and i am now stuck with a car i cannot use because of faulty parts i bought at beras and they cannot give me a new part with the warrenty provided.</p> <p> </p> <p>I really wouldnt recomend anyone to buy from Beras Motor Spares in Alberton if this is the service they give to customers all they intrested in is making money and not caring about the support they get from customers. Beware and think twice before you buy anything from Beras Motor Spares</p>
