Service sucks!!

There has never been a time at Beras that the service has been good, l waited for more than 40 minutes to receive my goods at dispatch & the attitude of the staff there is "like it or lump it", unfortunately they are the people most times who have the parts l am looking for or else l really would not mind paying extra to go somewhere else. Also you can never find out who the owner of Beras is in order to complain. The public should start a campaign to highlight this company's bad service.
