I asked for motor parts last week and was told they will need to order first i made a payment via eft i then called to confirm i was told its reflecting i must fetch parts on Tuesday. i send follow up email yesterday i was told nothing yet, then today i email to see if parts are there i was told yes, they are i was given collection number, i asked my brother to fetch the parts he waited there for ever they are refusing to give parts until i give then proof of payment i have emailed the stupid pop manier times still they made my brother wait that long and still did not give the parts, i send countless emails and no one has responded. then the rude manager calls me to yell at me imagine the cheek . now my brother is been told hes not gonna get the parts because of the email send. i ****** ****en what my money what a disgusting service. no customer service non what so ever.
