Beras Motor spares failed to give me a refund as they sold me a wrong part though Vin number was given to them

On Thursday the 21st October a clutch kitwas bought from Beras in Alberton.

A Vin number for our car was used but to our surprise when we arrived home in Mpumalanga we discovered that the items were not compatible.

On Wednesday the 26th, I asked my daughter to go to Johannesburg and exchange the kit but she was told that the box contained 3 items and at that time only 2 items were in the box. She then indicated that only 2 were brought as the 1 left was a correct fit. She was then told to return everything at once before she could get a refund.

Seeing that we needed the correct clutch kit, she then purchased the one said it was correct and sent her brother back to Mpumalanga in Bushbuckridge by bus with a new clutch kit.

Today on arrival to Beras, I was told that we changed the kit and it no longer matches with the box it was taken out from. He then called the other guy who then mentioned that the kit was fitted and it is bent and has oil and they can't assist me.

I was sent back with the kit and they indicated that there are lots of people in the shop they have to assist and they can't only assist me. The clutch kit costed me R5 350 and it is now down the drain as they refuse to assist me.
