Tired of dealing with this place

Berader properties suck. I will never get feedback unless I email and call endlessly I will get excuses and or no responses. I've never had a good experience with Ruaan it's always a case of fighting before anything gets done and still nothing will be done. I dealt with Lomarie my agent because it's a painful experience to think of emailing Ruaan but now I hear that she's just the agent but will tell Ruaan I called. Everything I needed to do on my side was done without hesitation yet I get this nonsense service from some fly by night assistant. Sick and tired of nagging for decent service
