Terrible customer service

Saw the most beautiful rental flat on Property24 advertised by Berader properties. Ended up the pictures were not of the actual unit. After many enquiries to see images of the actual unit the estate agent kept referring me back to the incorrect images on Property24. Feeling so exasperated. Such poor customer service. Steer clear of this agency
