My fiancé and I rented a fully furnished property from Berader Properties as from 1 January 2020 for a period of 2 years. We met with Jerome the Berader rental Agent when we viewed the apartment and then Derek did the hand over to us in amazing detail and most professional manner, never experienced such care in South Africa before. Due to the COVID-19 epidemic we have been re-called on short noticed by our employers to return to Germany on a chartered flight on Tuesday. We truly saddened to leave this amazing property but understand the Governments requirements in this regard. I immediately contacted Derek to advise that we will need to break or lease agreement and he agreed to assist us in finding a replacement tenant for the apartment in order for us not to be penalized for breaking our lease. What an awesome, great - professional customer service experience from the Berader Team – well done, keep it.
