Managing Agent Bullies

This company is one of the worst I have ever had the bad luck to come into contact with. They are highly dis-organised and totally unprofessional in the manner in which they deal with owners, trustees and contractors. They find it quite natural to verbally abuse and bully all persons that question any of their actions and will not take responsibility for their actions; mismanagement or miscommunication.
