Funny Stuff!

<p>I don't know if it is only me that noticed this but it seems like it is the same 3 people that give Berader compliments repeatedly (every 6 months to a year or so) and within a few days from one another. Reeks of an employer asking employees to "balance out" the bad reviews and bad press they are getting with high praise.... </p> <p> </p> <p>From the press it seems that they generally are bullies both when managing schemes and when dealing with tenants. </p> <p> </p> <p>Personally I have dealt with them at 3 complexes and the service has always been dispicable, as has their behaviour on other fronts by the look of it. As long as i have the choice I will not touch them with a stick or otherwise. As such I have only one piece of advice... "Stay Away!" </p>
