Failure to refund my deposit

I am so frustrated by BERADER Properties as they just refuse to refund my deposit to the unit I had rented with them and failure to commit to the conditions of the agreement we had with the property agent (Bonnie).

I was accused of mishandling the unit and leaving it in a bad state when the unit was not cleaned up when I move in i had to clean and wash the walls as they were full of mold and found a lot of ****roaches in the unit(Baccarate lodge unite 84).

when I vacated the united they refused to pay my deposits because of the conditions that unit was in which actually were the same ones I found them in. they never painted the walls when I move in the floor was dirty and ****roaches crawling everywhere.

Instead of refunding my deposit they tell me they had to go clean the uni and paint the walls which were never painted during my 14 months stay there.
