bad service, *******ly withholding money

I've owned a flat in Sandhurst Vista in Sandton, but my dealings with Berader have left the worst taste in my mouth.

Not only do you have to always escalate a matter to the person in charge at Berader to get anything done, but then this person, Derek, doesn't know who does what in his small organisation, nor does he hold back on being rude in the process.

Also, since I advised him I'm going to lay a complaint here, he is threatened me to remove the post and is now withholding money (since I sold my flat - excess levies paid my me for the transfer process) from me until I remove this post.

Not only do think it is *********, but actually, *******.

Be warned. These guys get a 0 in my books.
