Worst experience ever

If I could score them lower I would. I went into their shop and was lucky they were having a sale so I paid half of the deposit required to buy my wedding dress. I was told they didnt have my size but a dress in my size was on the way.

Weeks went by with no communication and I kept having to follow up with my messages sometimes being ignored. Eventually she came clean and said the wrong size dress arrived but because it was a mistake on their part they would rectify.

When I kept messaging to follow up about the status of my dress the owner was rude and started saying I hired my dress and as such they were only obliged to have it ready 3 weeks before. This was false as I bought my dress. Eventually she said this was due to a misunderstanding on their side and all was fine my dress was on the way.

3 months since I paid my deposit I was finally told my dress arrived. The owner asked me to come in at a specific time as she would be there and wanted to see me in person. When I arrived she was not there and her sister who was working the shop pointed at an old second hand dress saying it was mine. The owner was not answering her phone. I waited two hours for her. She arrived with another story full of lies basically saying she did not know where my dress was and that there had been a mix up with the tailor but she did not want to call the tailor to rectify it she had a million stories that were not adding up.

When I got upset she acted like the victim and said I am not given her a chance. So I still gave her until the next day sending her a message expressing my disappointment. The next day she did not have any further explanation so less than 2 months before my wedding I had to look for a whole other dress shop.

The owner is unprofessional and full of lies. I beg you if you see this shop run in the opposite direction!
