Paid for skirt and incorrect one given

How sad to make me pay for a dream skirt and then this.

Issue of incorrect skirt was raised on my wedding day 16 June 2022 via whats app and to date I've been told the person will be held accountable.

What about the incredible inconvenience and stress caused.
