Horrible customer service

What a horrible experience! We went to Bequest Brides to have a dress made for a ball. The dress was made too small then too big then too small again! It had dirty brown/red marks on it. It was shaped poorly and the stitches were coming loose. We gave the dress back to the shop and asked for a refund. It's been months- we have no dress, no money, nothing!! The owner even ignores our messages. When we do talk to her she talks in circles and backtracks on statements. She has **** so much she doesn't even know what the truth is and what she told us the last time we spoke so says something new and contradictory. Today we went to the Bequest Brides shop and asked for our dress back- they cannot even find the dress and still no refund after sitting there for hours waiting for them to search the shop for our dress. What a joke!
