Bad experience selling my dress

Over a year ago I asked Bequest bridal to help me sell my wedding dress and veil on commission of signed agreement of cause. In preparation for a quick sale, I paid R750 for it to be professionally cleaned , put it into a water proof dress cover case and took it to them.

A year later, when asking for me dress back to sell to a private buyer, I message a few days before and my husband drives 30min to collect. My dress , bow, veil and case were all separated. MIA. They can't find the exact dress, bow and veil are missing . The dress is eventually found. Put in a CHEAP dirty dress case. Bow is eventually found a week later too.

PLEASED at this point. Now after all this hassle, a day before I have to post the dress and veil to the buyer, they send me a veil. A flimsy materialised BADLY cut veil, not in the style nor length of the original veil . See photos below. Worst experience . They didn't have the care in the world.
