Refund processed on Monday

I asked for my refund on Monday to which the called escalation supervisor phoebe @beoutdoorpro said she's processing. It's Friday and i still have not gotten my money back, proves that i will not get my money unless i give her the stupid review... you keep proving yourself to be unfit for the position you hold. How Disgusting can you be?!
