8 days down the line, regardless of them having said they'll process my refund, i still don't have my money from these ****mers and *****sters... the so called escalation super isor phoebe is a deliberate ********... she is no deserving of this so called "escalation supervisor" position... I'm disgusted by this woman, i have no respect for her!!! This company to be reported to the authorities and shut down for their lack of business moral fibers, ****ming and lying to las abiding citizens who work hard for their hard earned money... I HATE THESE PEOPLE, INCLUDING YOU PHIBE!!!
