BAD Benztec Rustenburg

I cant go lower than 1. Wish I could go into -100. My car has been with benztec for 7 weeks. The electrical light came on and I took my car to benztec. What n mistake, as a proclaimed mercedes repair shop, it would be the experts. First they told me its the compressor, needless to say she was stil going at a nice speed so I told them it cant be. I sugested they look into the aircon that did not want to come on. An voila, they found the mistake, got a quote. Benztec sommer added a service and I told them no service is needed, and that they must proceed with the aircon repairs. I never received feedback from them, over the last 7 weeks I called twice every week. I get conflicting messages from the owner and the mechanic. O... and once the receptionist phoned to tell me about the fusebox, 2 weeks ago I was told that brunos found the fault and its the fusebox. Lol R7500 for a aircon pump and now its the fusebox. My question "do they know what they are doing". After a conversation last week, where I almost lost my 's@€t because the owner told me if Im not happy I can fetch my car. Imagine a female with common sence but no mechanical knowledge collecting a car thats been taken apart. So today I'm expressing my disgust. Dont use benztec. There is lot of promises, no service, no communication, your car will not be taken care of. It wil be neglected left in the sun, dirty parts will be dumpt on you seats. And maybe if you are lucky you might find your car. Because remember you leave your car at their premises on your own risk...
