Hi benz tech rustenburg is very disappointing I send my car to them a mercedes benz for timing in October I was qoated 39 000 which I payed I was then called to collect the car by a receptionist. On my arrival my car wad parked outside ready for collection i then asked re receptionist about the garranty of the work done ad it was not mentionef on the invoice she said no it had a 1 year garranty thou is not documented guys that lady is a **** she take people forgranted especially black people .when I start the car i felt that its not idling proper I then called the lady and explained what was happening she called the workshop manager whom I also explained what was happening and he said to me no the car is fine it should idle like that.i then drove away. On my way home i started gearing noise from the engine I stopped immediately and called them they send a tow truck to come pick it up .the next day I called them the receptionist said to me they need to test drive it first to check the problem. The next day when I call the lady said to me the car had no petrol I must bring petrol so that they can test drive the car .my question was if I did not call when wad I going to be told about that I then made plans to rake petrol there and it was already late I then assumed they will do it the next day .the next day when I call the lady said they have stripped the car finding the problem it went on for the whole two weeks with the same story unroll I went there to see if is it true that my car had been stripoed I found olit there standing showing that it had been standing there since its arrival the lady said to me she will call the technician to come explain to me but instead she called the manager who said to me they will start working on my car tomoro because they are stuff short (is that my problem?)the next week I called again the lady said there is no one in 5he shop its only her all people went to court . I then asked her are you saying your company sends all the staff to court and.left clients cars in attended she hanged up . Now up to date my car.is still at the Benz Tech and full payed I will be filling a court case with ombudsmen and Emu and opening a case at the police station that company undermines black people especially the receptionist

The story dated 13 mob 2020 about Benz Tech in rustenburg which was published on social networks .after speaking to the owner of the company on the 11th of mob on his private email and explained my dissatisfaction about the service he nicely explained what was the problem and why they are taking long. He stripped the car 5 times to find the problem in the engine and the job card for the car was timing only but after fixing the timing there were other problems coming from the engine and he wanted to deal with it till its correct and was struggling also to find it right .after finding the problem he then bought the part that was a problem on the engine with his own money and own laubor without even asking for any extra money from me of which that problem was not on a job card he went an extra like to get the vehicle fixed. And not only that he also went on to fix the vehicle after the 2as a storm that damaged 52 cars from the workshop at his own ecpense .Today the 20th nov 2020 em proud to tell everybody who saw the story that was posted on the mentioned date with the heading Emotional distress.that indeed Benz Tech has proven me wrong and would wrote an informal letter of appology to the company and to the social media to say I em human and I have made a mistake with my judgement. Lesson I have learned is that never read some one posts and act soon them when u don't know the other side of the story .2 never take decisions when your angry without facts 3 never follow stories that are not yours and that do not concern you I will personally continue to use BENZ TECH as I have recieved a good service and will recommend to all that benz tech is not a company of ******s but it will give you a good work .I wish their logo or motto was (exceed customers experatios) note that I was not forsed to do this post or threatens by any one and any body whom I spiked to about the story please forgive me I miss quoated the company and I was wrong
