I tried contacting the call centre, had no positive respinse, then decided to Hello Peter Alexander Forbes, a lady has contacted me and will revert back on the 26th April 2022 Thank you for all the details I received from yourselves. Regards Sharon Mitchell

I'm sorry to hear that you had problems contacting Alexander Forbes, they are usually very efficient there. But glad you received a call from them and were able to move your claim forward.
