Unclaimed funds
Thank you for the information you gave to me of which i was unaware of, but Alexander Forbes could not locatey details or any funds owed to me, qhich i fail to understand. If you can help me in any other way further i would greatly appreciate your help.

Please insist that they search using the date of birth, surname and initials, and NOT ID number (often they didn’t attach ID numbers to the policies, so when they search using the ID it won’t appear).
Otherwise, the unclaimed benefit may be due to another person with the same surname and initials born on the same day. (Which believe it or not, does happen from time to time)
