The consultant I spoke to promised to email forms to me and I am still waiting till now. This cannot be priscribed as a good customer service. My email is ***

We are just the search engine that identifies unclaimed benefits, and tells you which Fund Administrator potentially has your money - we are not involved in the claims process at all. I think your grievance is with MIBFA - *** ?
